Great selection of womens jeans. Great selection to try on work boots, my son is PICKY and we tore through the shelves trying everything. Never had a problem with the staff about it. Found what he needed.

Great products and inventory but phone system sucks. You call to see if what you want is still available and no one gets back to you. I called twice after a 5 minute wait, happened again so I gave up. Employees are friendly enough but they seem a little short staffed. Just my opinion.

There was plenty of parking and they had what I needed at the time. The store was clean too. The customer service was definitely lacking. As we approached the store employees they would divert in another direction as fast as they could avoiding all contact with customers. There were lots of customers wandering the store looking for merchadise that they needed and could not find. But none of them were being assisted by employees. Associates that I did get to speak with, only pointed me in the direction of the products that I needed. But that was after searching them down in their store. It did not get any better at checkout. 1 cashier helping customers with 3 others talking in another check stand, but would not engage with the customers. As we walked up to their register they continued their conversation and did not acknowledge us standing there until we put down our products on the counter. Our total purchase was around $400.00. With no help from store associates other than to take our money. Do these associates and the management at this location understand how they get their paychecks. Customer service is definitely missing at this location. I visited this store twice in my shor

My family and I visited this location on 3.9.26 We came in the store to purchase a pair of work boots for my son. We visited the store late, just before closing in fact. I am writing this review to share the horrible customer service we experienced. We knew the store closed at 9 so we were in there for a quick trip, but that didnt stop every clerk from reminding us every minute. By the time we were walking out of the store and spent our money at this establishment, we were all voicing how rude the workers were. We were being herded out the store. It wasnt a good feeling. Every one of us works in customer service and we know how it is to have customers linger. The way we were treated is unacceptable. If you want good customer service, shop elsewhere.

My first time here. Huge store with a verity of farm and livestock needs. I was a little disappointed in the woman's clothes and boots. There was not a lot of 38 inseam in jeans. I did get a pair of Ariate jeans because they did have extra long length. I also have giant feet. The Womens boots only went to size 11. There are a lot of us tall ladies that support stores that carry larger sizes. I really did like the store, and will be back.
